■ TPEG 오류창 뜨는 문제 해결 위한 업데이트 파일 안내 ■
BMW 차량인 경우, 모델명 구분 방법
1. Qnavi2 BMW
- 5CH ( V 4.*용)
▶ 메인메뉴> 설정 > 버젼 정보창 들어간 후, 가운데 중앙선을 기준하여 좌/우 로 정보가 펼쳐진 형태일 때,
5CH 파일로 업데이트 하시면 됩니다.
가운데 중앙선을 기준하여 좌측에만 정보만 쏠려 있는 경우, 1CH 제품.
▶ 화면상의 OS 버전, 1.98KO 이상일 때만 업데이트 시 사용 가능
▶ 그 미만 버전은 하드웨어 버젼상 AS 단종됨. ( 예: 1.45KO , 1.52KO … )
- 1CH (V 6.** 용)
▶ 가운데 중앙선을 기준하여 좌측에만 정보만 쏠려 있는 경우, 1CH 제품.
※ Qnavi2 TPEG 업데이트 방법
1. 첨부된 파일을 압축 해제 후 파일들을 다운로드하여, SD 카드 최상단에 복사함
- 주의: 아틀란 폴더와 같은 위치이며, 폴더 안에 넣지 않음.
2. SD카드를 넣고, 네비게이션 실행 후, 설정 (톱니) > 버젼 > 팩토리 순으로 진입.
- 팩토리 진입 시 비밀번호 : 4291
3. 업데이트시, 체크 박스 안의 S/W (APP)만 체크 (OS , FW 업데이트 체크하지 마세요)
4. 업데이트 후, 버젼 정보 : MAIN 14. 11. 05

2. Qnavi3 BMW (= Qnavi PRO BMW )
▶ 화면상의 OS 버전, 56KO 이상일 때만,업데이트 시 사용 가능
▶ 그 미만 버전은 하드웨어 버젼상 AS 단종됨. ( 예: 32KO , 37KO … )
▶Qnavi3 BMW TPEG 업데이트 파일 ( BENZ-LEXUS 공용으로, 파일 제목은 상관 없음.)
※ Qnavi3 TPEG 업데이트 방법
1. Qnavi2 와 동일함. (비밀번호 창 활성화 시 : 4291)
2. *업데이트시 OS, APP 체크를 하고 업데이트를 진행해 주십시요.( FW 업데이트 금지)
3. 버젼에서 OS , APP 변경 되었는지 확인. (15. 02. 06)

|
|
Automatic reboot will occur when any internal errors are made. |

It happens because DMB signal is weak.
You might need to adjust the location of DMB antenna or your car. |

|
|
Traffic information can't be updated where DMB signal available.
Plus, when the frequency is changing, DMB channel researching function is required to be done.
Also, it happens sometimes when broadcasters adjust its' frequency. |

[Navigation] Indicator goes out of map |
|
|
Map data needs to be up to dates.
It may happen when passing new roads or for a moment. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
[Navigation] No GPS signal or weak |
|
|
[Special circumstances]
In case of tunnel, underground parking lot, enclosed places or under a big tree or building, GPS signal might be week but strong at open area.
[Weather effects]
Cloudy or dusty weather might affect GPS signal.
[Automobile condition]
If GPS receiving antenna installed inside of car, tinting might affect GPS signal.
[ETC]
If any electronic jamming signals can be sensed in car, it might affect GPS signal.
If GPS hasn't been used for awhile, it gets factory resetted. This might take more time for GPS to receive signals at first. |

Car must be turned off and no power. When connecting a power cable, make sure to connect the correct wires (+), (-). If not, the camera can get damaged. Check a polarity of wire (+), (-) before installation using a power test device. |

[Rear Camera] Screen converted vertically or horizontally |
|
|
Make sure if the installation is correct upon directions from the provided manual.
The screen can be showing with vertically or horizontally converted because it's a garnish type and is installed at number plates or trunk. |

|
|
It is normal to find a noise on screen at night same as other cameras have them with no lights condition. |

|
|
Check a connecting condition of power cable (Red color) if it's disconnected. |

|
[Rear Entertainment] Problems with selecting USB device in Menu |
|
|
In case USB device is not inserted properly into a port of Main board or USB device is defected. Please check with USB device first and Insert. |

[Rear Entertainment] Problems with controlling remote control |
|
|
1) Face direction of remote control onto receiver properly and use it.
2) Remote control receiver shall be shifted from direct sunlight to be used properly
3) Place battery in remote control matching the battery contacts with the phone contacts

[Rear Entertainment] Noise from wire earphones/headphones |
|
|
You are recommended to use wire earphones/headphone designed for audio.(Earphones designed for Mobile may have polarity reversal problems)
